Retiree Carol Keddie says she had a tight budget and an even tighter timeline to build her slice of South Pambula heaven. And she says Andrew Holt of Coastal Builders came up trumps on both counts. Carol moved into her new three-bedroom home after a 14-week build and she’s thrilled with the results.
“I’m very pleased,” she says. “It came in on budget and on time.” Carol sought out Coastal Builders wanting a little house for her new block. She selected a design from the firm’s range of relocatable homes and then watched her dream swiftly unfold as the team went to work. Coastal Builders chose to build onsite for logistical purposes and Carol’s home is full of light and space topped with wonderful views.
“Andrew was always available, always answered my queries and gave me a few tips,” Carol says. “He was very easy to work with and it was much better than I expected and cheaper than me buying an established place. I’d certainly recommend Coastal Builders to others, no question about it.”
